2. Factors Affecting Performance

Actual system performance may vary due to factors beyond SMILETECH Group’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Solar irradiation levels and seasonal weather variations
  • Shading, dust accumulation, and environmental conditions
  • System orientation, tilt, and installation conditions
  • Changes in energy consumption patterns
  • Grid availability, stability, and quality
  • Equipment aging and maintenance practices

3. No Guaranteed Savings

SMILETECH Group does not guarantee specific electricity bill reductions, fuel savings, or financial returns unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.

4. Battery and Storage Performance

Battery performance and lifespan depend on usage patterns, depth of discharge, charging behavior, ambient temperature, and maintenance. Actual performance may differ from manufacturer specifications.

5. System Availability and Downtime

System availability may be affected by maintenance requirements, component failures, grid outages, or external electrical faults. Periodic downtime does not constitute a performance failure.

6. Third-Party Data and Tools

Performance estimates may be based on third-party data sources, software tools, or manufacturer information. SMILETECH Group does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of such external data.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Using the system in accordance with operating guidelines
  • Maintaining the system as recommended
  • Ensuring site conditions remain suitable for optimal performance

8. Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMILETECH Group shall not be liable for performance variations, lost savings, revenue loss, or indirect damages arising from the use or operation of installed systems.

9. Relation to Other Policies

This disclaimer should be read together with SMILETECH Group’s Terms and Conditions, Warranty Policy, and Service Level Agreement, where applicable.

10. Governing Law
